You’ll notice the difference when you first walk into the Inspiration as you’re straight into a generous side hallway with all rooms leading off. There’s ample storage for coats and shoes, giving a great first impression.

The living space in the Inspiration is beautifully designed giving a sense of space and light. At the far end of the home, the patio doors lead straight onto the decking and are offset to the left allowing for huge floor to ceiling windows on the right which makes the space so airy. There’s a corner sofa that would comfortably seat 6, which also doubles as a sofa bed. There’s built in slimline electric coal effect fire set within feature minimalist storage plus space on the wall for the TV.

The kitchen dining space is light and bright. The kitchen cupboards (and there’s lots)a re in light reflecting shiny cream, with matt grey granite style counter tops. There’s an eye level oven with integrated microwave above, and above that an integrated wine rack. There’s a gas hob with glass splashback and a fitted fridge/freezer.

The family shower room is a particular feature. It’s really big with a large, curved shower cubicle, modern basin and close coupled loo, plus lots of storage. The twin bedroom has a generous wardrobe whilst the main bedroom at the back of the home has a triple fitted wardrobe, ensuite WC, modern side tables with lights over and a real boutique feel.
