The Kingston Tranquility lodge is a real show stopper set on this elevated plot overlooking the river valley to the hills beyond.

Enter through the side hallway with utility room and storage and then into the fabulous living space. The high, vaulted, beamed ceilings add to the feeling of space helped by the patio doors, side by side with further floor to ceiling windows. Through the patio doors, you're onto the generous decking that is glass fronted to take in the fabulous view.

In the lounge is a three seater sofa and two easy chairs, whilst the dining table for 4 sits in front of a full length side window and beneath feature pendant lights. The kitchen really has the wow factor. In trendy graphite grey with an offset island that adds character. There's a built in fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Velux windows bring in more light.

The superb family bathroom has a freestanding bathtub, feature window and grey underground tiles. There's a double bedded guest room with mirrored wardrobes, whilst the master has a generous ensuite with an extra large shower with rainfall shower head and lots of storage. There are mirrored wardrobes and large windows making this a light, peaceful space.
