The shaker style kitchen in 'Stone Grey' has plenty of worktop and cupboard space and includes integrated microwave; integrated fridge freezer, white resin sink with drainer; gas cooker with four-burner hob, grill, oven and overhead extractor. The dining area has a freestanding dining table, fixed bench seating, and two freestanding dining chairs.

The bedrooms are light and bright rooms with ample storage space and feature Aurora Duvalay mattresses. The twin bedroom comprises overhead storage units, bedside storage units, bedside table, padded headboards, and built-in wardrobe. The master bedroom benefits from large built-in wardrobes, beside tables, padded headboard, large dressing table with ample storage and mirror. The master bedroom also benefits from an en-suite comprising WC and wash hand basin.

The family shower is modern and practical and comprises heated towel radiator, shower cubicle with thermostatic shower, a dual flush WC, a wash hand basin and a vanity mirror.
