Ocean View Caravan Holiday Park

Ocean View Caravan Holiday Park is a small select, 11 acre park located on the beautiful Mid Wales coastline

on the outskirts of the popular University town of Aberystwyth. The landscaped grounds are maintained to very high standards. The colourful shrubs and flower beds which adorn the closely mown grass complement the natural surroundings of Clarach Bay which nestles in a sheltered picturesque valley of rolling hills and green fields. Although there are other parks in the locality peace and quiet and superb views are guaranteed at all times of the year. Our spacious pitches are serviced by well lit tarmacadam roads and are nicely set out to appreciate the fine coastal and country views.

We are graded and inspected annually by the Wales Tourist Board, Automobile Association, Caravan and Camping and various other establishments and have been given four stars by the Tourist Board and AA graded three pennants.

Any make of caravan can be supplied and connected to all services, ie. water, mains sewage and electricity. From time to time good quality second hand models also become available at reasonable prices.

You are most welcome to visit our Park and have a chat about your priorities - we may have the ideal caravan for you, already sited and connected.

No age limit if caravan is kept in excellent condition - we do restrict sub-letting but family and friends are welcome.

Each static pitch has a space for parking your car alongside the caravan and there is extra parking space for visitors on one of our three car parks - all of our caravans are of green exterior to blend in with the Welsh countryside.

Caravan holiday home ownership can give an affordable lifestyle to enjoy with complete freedom to holiday whenever you want. No booking in advance, no need to pack, home from home comforts and above all peace and quiet with superb views of the sea.

Our running costs are kept to the minimum, ie. pitch fee plus normal costs such as utilities - electric, gas, water and sewage. No council tax, but council rates are payable once a year. Electricity is metered and payable at the end of the season. We offer a delivery service for gas cylinC each caravan is provided with an automatic changeover which means you never run out of gas.

Beachside is a small select caravan park with an enviable location right beside the sea, with the added bonus of having a private entrance to the beach. Simply walk from your holiday home onto the beach. The perfect location.

The coastal path runs along side Beachside taking you south to Aberystwyth or north towards Borth.  A walkers paradise.

Superb sea views and sunsets are enjoyed by all our static home owners and the many excellent amenities of the Bay are within a short walk. Colourful hydrangea shrubs complement the closely mown lawns. The perfect spot to have a holiday home.

Bardseyview is set amongst rolling green fields and quiet country lanes with far reaching spectacular and panoramic coastal and country views. A friendly family run park located in a picturesque location off the A487 Ceredigion coastal route.

Our well cared for select and 5 star family run Holiday Park with excellent facilities is located conveniently between the seaside towns of New Quay and Aberaeron, ideally situated to explore their numerous golden sandy beaches and quiet secluded coves.

Bardsey View is the perfect location to explore the golden sandy beaches of New Quay, the stunning secluded coves at Mwnt and the beautiful harbour town of Aberaeron. It is only a twenty minute drive to visit the special areas of conservation with their colony of Atlantic grey seals and resident population of bottlenose dolphins at Cardigan Island.
