Welcome to our five star award winning caravan parks of distinction, where luxury comes as standard. Our parks are situated on the beautiful Heritage Coast, with outstanding views of the sea & countryside.

The parks are nestled in 40 acres of the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors National Park between the historic fishing town of Whitby & the picturesque village of Robin Hood’s Bay, with access to the fabulous Heritage Coast & Cleveland Way Coastal Footpath.

Our caravan sites offer a range of static holiday caravans to own, and various holiday hire accommodation, including a 2 bedroom cottage and 9 static caravans, as well as an exclusive seasonal caravan touring park made up of 62 pitches, and 4 glamping pods to hire. We also offer last minute holiday deals.

Northcliffe Holiday Park has approximately 165 holiday caravan static pitches & Seaview Holiday Park has approximately 100 holiday caravan static pitches. Due to the layout & stunning geographical location of our parks, the vast majority of our pitches offer sea &/or countryside views. Many of our owners & guests comment about the peacefulness & tranquillity our parks offer, even throughout the busier parts of the season.

Sorry but our Northcliffe & Seaview parks do not accept dogs (except registered assistance dogs).

Littondale Caravan Park – Skipton, Yorkshire Dales

Set near Skipton and Grassington, Littondale caravan site lies in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. Surrounded by rolling hills and sweeping views, this peaceful holiday park has 90 static pitches, 12 seasonal tourer spaces, and 6 glamping pods. Families enjoy the play areas and open green space, and dog owners appreciate the dog-friendly policy, walking trails, and dedicated dog wash area. Thirkleby Hall Caravan Park – Near Thirsk, North Yorkshire

Located in the grounds of a historic stately home in North Yorkshire, the holiday park spans 50 acres and features 190 static caravan pitches, 50 touring spaces, and 2 hire caravans. With countryside views, a fishing lake, a club, games room, and recreation field, this dog-friendly park is perfect for families and fishing enthusiasts alike. The Park Manager lives on site all year, to assist you in the summer and look after your holiday home in the winter. Well behaved dogs are permitted on the park.

Tollerton Caravan Park – Near York, North Yorkshire

Just outside the historic city of York, Tollerton caravan site offers static caravans for sale and hire, as well as camping and touring facilities. This friendly holiday park features a small fishing lake, a playground, a recreation field, and is conveniently located next to the Station Inn pub. Dog-friendly and welcoming, the park also provides winter storage for touring caravans.
